Can the domain name be?

Can the domain name of a master site be master.com/example?

It's possible to run virtual sites like http://master.com/subfolder, MightySites will auto-create symlink /subfolder to root folder of http://master.com, hence both sites will use same files.

What i mean is i want my subfolder to be like master.com/example/test1 while my root domain is at master.com/example. Is it possible?

Master domain can only be located in root: http://site.com but not http://site.com/subfolder
