What happens if the user already exists in Joomla ? Does it continue to copy users that don't exist ?

... we are trying to avoid. We need following: a result of every single seminar and at the end of the year a result of all seminars together. What I didn´t mention in my first post: The questions of all our surveys are identical. So is there any possibility to export the results and bring together e.g.?

... displays some other specific content users and authentications should be shared user will have different permissions on different sites (ie can post on content site but not on mainsite) content, menus and templates will be different I'm not sure whether I should keep component separate or not ...

... phpBB permissions system first, you can create a forum visible for members of specific phpBB group only. It's impossible to limit display of own posts only in phpBB. I am actually using an extension to achieve this and it is working fine on phpBB. I just want to make sure the same functionality ...
