Is it possible with MightySite

Post by 3enjamin »

Hi guys,
I build a website with two language (en,de)
For languageswitching I'm using Falang.

I have a problem now. I got a lot of domains and I will couple them.

Now my domain is
example.com/de
example.com/en

I want the following configuration:
exmaple.de - german
if I click en --> example.com

example.com - english
if I click de --> example.de

!Very important! - I'm using FALANG

Is it possible to find a solution with MightySites

Kind regards,
Benjamin

MightySites can help to run these two domains from single hosting account of main site, second domain (i.e. .de should be created as parked domain for main site .com).

Next it will force German language for .de site, so you don't need Falang if it's used for language switching only.

Hi
I am trying to create sub sites using main domain site like following.

MAIN SITE: http://www.mydomain.com
Sub sites: http://www.myomain.com/city1
http://www.mydomain.com/city2

I don't want to create sub domain for different cities. Is it possible?

Yes, it's possible, MightySites will automatically create symlinks like /city1 to domain root folder, so all sites will use files.
