I am researching your Alter Survey for a purchase

Please explain how users both guest and registered User can view a surveys on going results (still active survey) and final results (completed survey).

Is this action automatic or does a link have to be created?

It's possible to have a 'View Results' button right on individual survey page:

+ we have just added new menu item types 'Survey Results' and 'Survey Answers' in ver. 1.1.3.

There is no difference between ongoing and final results. There are only current results - all completed submissions.
