Partial sharing of jomsocial users and events

Hi - the use case I am interested in is as follows:

I have a number of sites running jomsocial. I have an international master site and country specific sites. I have a number of profiletypes defined in JSPT. I am hoping to have my sites set up as follows:

Master Site - all jomsocial users, groups and events
Country Specific Sites - subset of master site users, groups and events relevant to that country
Thematic Sites - partial set of master site users, groups and events relevant to a particular theme destinguished perhaps by membership of a particular jomsocial group on the master site.

Can you tell me if this use case is achievable and how? If it is no possible to share a predefined subset of jomsocial users according to some criteria, can you tell me if you would be interested in negotiating some paid custom development to achieve this and what the likely costs would be?

That's not possible because MightySites can share only ALL users.
