Pre-Sale question

Post by Rido »

Hello,

This product looks great, but I've got a question.

I want to setup multiple websites but they need to share the users (Community Builder info ass well) & login sessions.
What's the best solution?
- 1 Joomla installation with multiple sites in that installation?
- multiple Joomla installations with MightySites as sync for the users?

On the sites I want to use Kunena, K2, Community Builder & Custom components/modules.

Thank you!

Yes, single Joomla installation is better for you, in this case all files including images will be also shared, so you won't have problems with avatars.
Note that MightySites shares database data only, not images.

Using different installation will create additional problems, eg. user uploads avatar in site A and it will be missed in site B.
