Hello

Is there a way, with Direct Alias, to have NO menu item in the url

For example, this is what I have

http://www.domainname.com/menuitemname/pagename

instead I just want in every case:

http://www.domainname.com/pagename

If so, what are the setitngs in the plugin to make it happen. And do I need to put that in each menu item or just the main parent of each menu item.

Direct? Inherited? Not Inherited.

Or is removing the menu name completely is not possible with Direct Alias.

No, it's impossible. Joomla requires at least single menu item alias to be presented.
