Please setup plugin access level to Special. It's not important and you can leave leave current level.

Plugin can not work in frontend even with Public access level but it will be executed.

Your server provider should setup certificates, it's not easy: each parked domain should be recreated as separate virtual host in apache config.

Did you figure out how to setup seperate SSL certificates for the parked domains? Was it possible with your setup?

Install and publish 'System - Direct Alias' plugin, next find a Direct/Relative switcher next to 'Alias' field of menu item.

Do you provide installation and setup?

Joomla uses favicon from template folder or root folder, so actually right now it's not possible if multiple sites use same template.

But we can add a custom override and you will be able to setup favicon for each site separately, please create a ticket in out support center.
