You can upgrade to 3.2.1.

Ill dig out the errors for you - just FYI - will not need support on it as i intended to rebuild the sites from scratch anyway.
Chances are its not a mightysites issue but a problem with the plesk migration facility but it might be something you need to be aware of if your not.
