... If I use p8pBB bridge, is that members will be integrated in Joomla directly ? Or this bridge only work with new members inscriptions after it is installed ? Yes, template files are stored in same folder, but Joomla stores template settings in database, so each site can have different settings.
Probably except Yootheme templates because they store settings in file.
