It's impossible to specify synonyms or tags in CSV.

Please create a ticket in Support Center, support techs help with importing from CSV file.

Sorry, please check list of features for each component. I guess Alter Glossary has most features of SEO glossary, but Alter Glossary has better performance (it's really faster because special caching is used), better search algorithms, native Jooma associations ...
