Copy files and database into separate hosting account, update Joomla config and uninstall MightySites.

... phpBB is displayed inside Joomla template and HTML-CSS-Javascript conflicts can occur. phpBB or Joomla can have members, you will be able to copy users from Joomla to phpBB and vice-verse.

You need to copy files of master site, copy tables used by slave site, run this slave site separately and uninstall MightySites, next rename slave config file.
