One more question - what impact does using Direct Alias (free) have on a website?

Is such a feature impossible to accomplish with a plugin?

In this example, 'alterbrains-rocks' is an item alias - the item URL is generated from of a K2 > Category Type Menu. For clarification: Direct Alias Pro can only remove the IDs of URLs (categories & item alias) generated from 'Blog Category' and 'K2 Category' menu generated URLs, but CAN NOT remove ...

Currently my K2 Blog Type URLs are like this:

Can Direct Alias Pro remove the category from the URL, making all Blog Type URLs only use the K2 Item Alias:

domain.com/alterbrains-rocks
