Feature: optional disable of 'System - Cache' plugin for forum pages.
Fix: issue with post links to other sites with same path as phpBB.
Fix: issue with 'Administrate user' link in CB plugin.
Fix: issue with link to latest post with disabled setting 'Include parent forums'.
Fix: issue with updating password from backend profile.
Fix: issue with activating/deleting Joomla users from phpBB inactive users list.
