Feature: 'No Avatar Image' setting for latest activity module helps to use custom image if user doesn't have an avatar.
Fix: new phpBB user not activated via EasySocial email activation link.

Fix: phpBB 3.1 attachments in reply to PM issue (jprosilver style should be updated, next phpBB cache purged).
Fix: initial Joomla 3.4 compatibility.
