New versions of p8pbb bridge and EasySocial app

Fix: user save issue on phpBB 3.0.x.
Fix: locked topics were not displayed in recent activities module and profile user posts.
Feature: new setting 'Unread Posts Only' for attachments module allows to display attachments from unread posts only.
Fix: ampersand in passwords is not recognized in phpBB login.
Fix: timezone update from phpBB to Joomla.
Feature: attachments module setting 'Filter Mode' allows to display first or last topic or post attachment only.
Fix: EasySocial 1.3.28 compatibility.
