Possible issue with Joomla 3.4 multilingual website

Sometimes after update to Joomla 3.4 your sites can stop working if you are using native Joomla multilingual functionality.

The problem is that content languages can have empty access level, just re-save all languages in Extensions -> Language Manager -> Content with Public access level selected.
