New setting "Empty Category Filter" controls which fields are displayed when no Category filter is applied for item list. Either all fields are displayed (default behavior, existed before v. 3.0.0), or only fields assigned to All Categories.
This reverts the original behavior before v. 3.0.0 when all fields were initially displayed.
