Such domain name can also be created as parked domain (domain which shares server folder with master site and hence use same files).
Please ask your hosting provider about such option first.

I have tree different domainnames (*.eu, *.com and *.nl).
So with your software it is possible that I create a joomlawebsite in say *.eu and then just use this installation and content for the other domains. This are separate domains, no subdomains.
