After messing around with the Alpha User Points component, I've decided to not use it and will strictly use JomSocials points system.

We are working on conversion as a service, hope to see it in 1-2 weeks.
For now conversion is available for Joomla 2.5 by request only, Kunena 2.0.2+ is required.

Yes, this is possible.
m.mywebsite.com will be parked domain, so both sites will use same Joomla files and share VM data + Users.
