by having each domain as a parked domain - won't that negatively impact seo for each country domain ?

is addon not better from an seo perspective ?

Yes, you will be able to share database contents.
But note that domains won't have same files, so i.e. image from site A won't be loaded in site B, you will need to manually copy article image for all sites.

multisites parked domains and seo

I have 1 main continent site and 10 country sites each have their own domain.

By adding the country sites as parked domains - will that not impact seo ranking for each country site ?

Yes, you can setup parked domains m.domain1.com and tab.domain1 for domain1.com, so all 3 sites will use same files.

I want to have m.domain1.com and tab.domain1.com for domain1.com to have mobile and tablet versions so domain1.com is master and m.domain1.com and tab.domain1.com are slaves. can I do that?

I think that's possible, but please also ask your hosting provider if these domains will work.
Not really sure if cPanel allows to setup a parked domain for subdomain.
