Hi,
I don't know the reason, but now it works.
Yesterday, i couldn't see the buttons behind the alias box, but today, when i go to create a new menu item, buttons are there... and works like a charm.

... etc. I am not sure how difficult it has been for Admin to work with EasySocial and making the plugins and such, but I can assure you, he/they do a great job. And that was never a worry for me. Good luck!
