Recommended .csv structure for glossary import

Hi can you please give me a recommended structure for a .csv file to import terms and synonyms please? If I want to specify tags in the .csv file also, how is the best way to do it?

Actually only 2 columns are required: Title (plane text) and Description (HTML).
It's impossible to specify synonyms or tags in CSV.
Please create a ticket in Support Center, support techs help with importing from CSV file.
