Pre-Sales Question about ecommerce

Hello, I am looking for a solution with the following requirements.
We need to have multiple copies of our site (maybe up to 50) such as:
www.alkavidainc.com/john
www.alkavidainc.com/sam
www.alkavidainc.com/mike
etc.
We need to be able to track where the sales come from. For example if someone goes to alkavidainc.com and purchases, no one gets credit. But if someone visits alkavidainc.com/john and makes a purchase, then John would get credit.
We use joomla 3.4.5 and for the cart we use eshop component (extension)
Lastly a question, if we make a change to our main site or add a product in our shop, would it propagate to the multi sites? or would we have to change/add to each site manually?
