Merge SubDomain's Joomla Installation with Domain's Joomla Installation

I have a Joomla installation under a Subdomain: production.wellscustomframers.com
and
I have a Joomla installation under the Domain: wellscustomframers.com
I need to merge these 2 Joomla installations and databases.
Can MightySites accomplish this?
