When installing, and more importantly, upgrading extensions, do I have to upgrade the extension on every slave site, or just on one slave site, after which it will upgrade on all slave sites?

Hi will mighty sites work with Flexicontent? Or which CCK do you recommend with mighty sites? I currently use jreviews as a CCK as they are good but, but the license cost is too much per domain.
