Sites for finding phpbb-Joomla developers

Greetings,
This might be off-topic but I have searched the whole Internet, including phpbb.com, Odesk, PeoplePerhour, Elance, everything and I still can't find a developer to customize a phpbb forum connected to Joomla via p8pbb bridge!
It's like searching for a profession that almost doesn't exist! Phpbb.com doesn't even have a place for "Certified Phpbb developers" like JomSocial does.
Do you have a place in your forum? Do you consider open an Adds/Auctions forum for this purpose? I just want some customizations in my template (Gameworld.gr/forum, custom background), fixing user points from JomSocial which are not counted, and to install 2 MODs by fixing some of their bugs. Nothing extraordinary.
